Mitch Reardon - is the author of Brolga Country and has worked as a ranger in Namibia and South Africa before becoming a wildlife photographer and writer for Australian Geographic.

Fiona Stewart - has been surrounded by nature and wildlife all her life. Her passions - nature and art - have allowed her to create a professional life based on the things she loves. She is one of the authors of Subantarctic Wilderness.

Aleks Terauds - is author of Subantarctic Wilderness and works as a marine biologist for the Nature Conservation Branch of the Tasmanian Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

Asa Wahlquist - is the author of Thirsty Country. She has been the Rural Business Writer for the Australian for the past decade. Before that she was a freelance journalist with the Bulletin, Sydney Morning Herald and The Land, among others.

Dave Watts - is a well-known and highly respected naturalist. He is also one of Australia's award-winning wildlife photographers. He is the author of Where to See Wildlife in Tasmania.
